01 / Agree the scope
Confirm deliverables, responsibilities, assumptions, exclusions, review points and commercial terms in writing.
Engagements
A focused improvement, a new website or a more complex technical assignment. We agree the deliverables, fee and responsibilities before paid work begins.
Individual proposals
Your proposal sets out the commercial terms for the work described.
We confirm the scope together before any commitment. Additional work is optional and separately agreed.
An individual proposal applies to that specific piece of work; it is not replaced by general information on this website.
Reply to your proposal to discuss the next step.
Website engagements
A bespoke brochure or service website shaped around your business and its customers. The written brief confirms the pages, content, functionality, review stages, responsibilities and agreed fee before work begins.
You supply approved final factual copy, your logo and licensed images. We edit and structure that material; we do not invent credentials, reviews or results.
These are the terms of a new website engagement. They do not retrospectively alter any individual proposal already issued.
A clear commercial sequence
Confirm deliverables, responsibilities, assumptions, exclusions, review points and commercial terms in writing.
Paid delivery begins only after the agreed commercial and access prerequisites are in place.
Acceptance, remaining commercial obligations, launch and handover follow the written scope agreed for the engagement.
Delivery dates and acceptance criteria are agreed for your project. There is no guaranteed launch date, lead volume, revenue or search ranking.
Other work
CMS changes, search and content strategy, booking or payment integrations, and technical advice are scoped around the work involved.
We can define one focused improvement or a staged plan.
These services are not automatically included in a website engagement.
Optional after launch
This may include agreed hosting coordination, checks, maintenance or minor updates within a defined service scope.
CMS maintenance, booking or payment platforms, and other operational systems need their own support boundaries.
Provider subscriptions, transaction charges, domain costs and other third-party fees remain separate.
Start with a conversation
A clear scope and agreed fee before commitment. Optional support only when you want it and its conditions are settled.
